To request a refund, the customer has a maximum of 1 days after receiving their product to submit their request or claim by email, presenting evidence of the problem through photos or videos.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Various types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
We accept returns on products. Customers have the right to request the return within 14 days of receipt.

return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. After receiving your information packages for reference and tracking number, we will refund your money in your account in 2-7 business days.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your receipt (photo or video) in our email:hengyutra@outlook.com and inspect it if it meets the condition for a refund, you must send it to our address
When our internal logistics team receives your product, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days (typically 5).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you still haven't received a refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at hengyutra@outlook.com
Sale/Auction Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately items sold under "Promotions or Auctions" CANNOT be refunded.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to you later, we'll send you a refund and your return will be reported.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
